After the end of the world, humanity retreats underground and falls into a long sleep. Adapted from the true story of Chen Chin-sheng, a survivor of Taiwan's White Terror, this shadow-puppet interactive VR work tells the fairy tale of a boy searching for the Island of Shells. Bidding his mother farewell, he follows a blue bird into the forest, gathering glowing feathers to reach the truth at its end — and, where hope and lies intertwine, finds a new heading for home.
